This is a vintage cast iron machine base made by American Seam Binding Machine Co. New York

Legs are cast iron.
Top rails bolted to the legs are 1" x 5-7/8" flat iron.
Tie rods that tie the bottom of the legs together are 1" steel rod
There are two cast iron brackets included the fit over the tie rods like saddle. These just lift off for removal if not needed.
