Champion Forge & Blower Co. No. 400 Antique Hand Crank Blacksmith Coal 1902

Current Price: $218.49
  • This is an antique blacksmith forge blower that works and turns fairly easily. The brass gear that drives the worm gear does have noticeable wear but works the way it is. The bearings on the shaft that hold the 2nd (brass) gear are a little loose. I think if these would be adjusted it would be a very smooth running blower. That would still last a lifetime.
  • This blower comes as seen in the pictures, note it is missing the top cover for the gears.
  • Paten dates on the casting are 1901 and 1902.
  • I'm selling this for my uncle. It is in as found condition, we did not clean it up.
