The part that goes in the tank is 2" diameter and 19-3/4" long. It is made of non magnetic stainless steel. The thread measures 2.332" O.D. and is 11 Threads Per Inch. I'm not sure what the 2.332" O.D is, its to big for 2-5/16" and to small for 2-3/8" the threads are 11 TPI for sure, and not metric. I believe these where made for the wind turbine industry. This socket could be welded into the tank if needed.
