- This is a new heat exchanger that we acquired second hand. It has never been used and I'm not sure what it was originally designed for. It has six 50" long 1-1/2" sanitary SS pipes that pass through a 4" SS pipe that is designed for refrigerant. These 6 pipes could be plumbed together to make one loop with 6 passes or could be 6 separate loops. The refrigerant runs through a series of Parker (A4AD) refrigerant control and (S4A)solenoid valve. These are all new and are very expensive, they are all welded in place. The refrigerant is in one continues loop the encases all 6 of the 1-1/2" pipes. The refrigerant tubes are wrapped in in insulation that is covered with a layer of hard plastic. The loose refrigerant plumbing valve assembly seen in the pictures bolts to the top of the unit. Feel free to contact us for more information.
